What We Grow
The following is a list of some of the produce we expect during the year. This list is not all-inclusive, as we grow many different types of vegetables, and it is based on our best estimate. Weather, pests, and other events will affect actual production and thus the variety and quantity of produce available.
June: Arugula, beets, broccoli, carrots, kale, lettuce, spinach, radishes, sugar snap peas, onions, squash, cucumbers, green beans, sweet corn, basil, parsley, cilantro
July & August: Arugula, summer squash, cucumbers, carrots, onions, potatoes, sweet corn, green beans, peppers, tomatoes, okra, watermelon, cantaloupe, basil, parsley, cilantro
September & October: Arugula, beets, cabbage, kale, lettuce, spinach, onions, radishes, turnips, mustard greens, sweet potatoes, winter squash, swiss chard, pumpkins, parsley
