CSA Details
CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture. CSA program participants register with the farm of their choice in the spring to receive a “share” of the farm’s produce each week of the growing season. Payment is usually made at the start of the season, which allows the farm to pay for the up-front costs of producing food that are generally more expensive closer to the growing season.
By participating in our CSA, you make a commitment to support Heaven’s Dew Farm in exchange for a “share” of produce grown on our small scale, regenerative farm in Unionville, NC.
Joining the Heaven’s Dew Farm CSA is a great way to support local agriculture, get to know the people who grow your food, and receive a weekly share of delicious, high-quality vegetables and herbs.
Our CSA Share boxes will be packed with quality produce and herbs, hand-selected with care. Your box will be accompanied by a weekly newsletter with recipe ideas and regular updates from the farm!
We currently offer two sizes, a full and half share.
15-week Summer CSA:
- Full share: $495 ($33/week), designed for veggie-lovers with a household of 3-4 people. The Full Share will include an average of 6-9 items per week, though exact quantities and contents
will vary with the season. - Half share: $345 ($23/week), designed for 1-2 people or families who cook at home less frequently. This box will still contain the diversity of items per week, but in smaller quantities.
